Harris Cabs are fully enclosed driver overhead guards unless noted as 'Panels'. Panels clamp to the original factory overhead guard. Harris enclosed overhead guards are designed to meet or exceed ANSI B56.1 Specifications. Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.

Warning: Replacing original truck seat may limit headroom.

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale of all goods by Harris-Stolper International Inc ("Harris") to the complete exclusion of all other terms and conditions.  By ordering and accepting goods from Harris the purchaser expressly acknowledges the foregoing

Warranty Policy

Harris warrants its fabricated products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of sale.  In the event of a breach of the foregoing warranty Harris will repair or replace the defective product.  Harris must be notified of any breach immediately. Customer must obtain a Harris RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number from our warranty department before a warranty claim can be established. An issued RGA number is valid for 30 days.

All costs associated with any analysis of defective parts or products and any removal or reinstallation of such parts or products are not covered by warranty.

All costs of return freight to Harris and customs clearance /brokerage fees to Canada are not covered by warranty.
The warranty does not extend to any damage or defect resulting from any accident, misapplication, abuse or misuse.  The foregoing warranty will be null and void if Harris determines that disassembly or repair work has been conducted by anyone other than Harris.

The selling dealer has no authority to make any representation or promise on behalf of Harris Cabs or to modify the terms or conditions of our warranty policy in any way.

All shipments received must be inspected immediately upon receipt and any defects or deficiencies must be reported within 10 days.  Receipt of damaged goods should be reported to the freight carrier and handled accordingly.

Accessories Warranty

Accessories (wipers, heaters, fans, etc.) are subject to warranty by their respective manufacturers. All parts claimed under warranty are subject to inspection by the product's manufacturer.

We will repair, any part of such a product, provided it is received at our plant, within 30 days after such failure and issuance of the RGA number, and providing examination by our supplier discloses to their satisfaction that the failure resulted from defective material or workmanship.

An item returned to Harris Cabs that is found not to be defective and operates properly will be returned to the customer, freight collect.

Repaired parts will be returned freight prepaid by standard ground service.

Any returns must have an RGA number for our Receiving Department to accept shipment.

General

Although any information, recommendations, or advice provided by Harris-Stolper is given in good faith, Harris-Stolper makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, as to the results, effectiveness or safety of any design incorporating Harris-Stolper products, materials, services, recommendations or advice.  Except as provided in these Warranty terms, Harris-Stolper and its representatives shall in no event be responsible for any loss resulting from any use of its materials, products or services.
Each purchaser bears full responsibility for making its own determination as to the suitability of products, materials, services, recommendations, or advice for its own particular use.  Each purchaser must identify and perform all tests and analyses necessary to assure that its finished parts incorporating products, materials, or services purchased from Harris-Stolper will be safe and suitable for use under end use conditions.  Nothing in this or any other document, nor any oral recommendation or advice, shall be deemed to alter, vary, supersede, or waive any provision of the Harris-Stolper Warranty terms, unless any such modification is specifically agreed to in a written document signed by Harris-Stolper.

No statement made by Harris-Stolper concerning a possible or suggested use of any material, product, service or design is intended, or should be construed, to grant any license under any patent or other intellectual property right of Harris-Stolper or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates covering such use or design, or as a recommendation for the use of such material, service or design in the infringement of any patent or other intellectual property right.
 

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or in any other document whatsoever, in no event shall Harris be liable for any consequential, incidental, liquidated, special or indirect damages, including, without limitation, loss of profit or loss of opportunity, and the maximum aggregate liability of Harris however arising in connection with the provision of goods, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, indemnity or otherwise, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product to which such liability relates.
