Harris Cabs are fully
enclosed driver overhead guards unless noted as 'Panels'.
Panels clamp to the original factory overhead guard. Harris enclosed
overhead guards are designed to meet or exceed ANSI B56.1 Specifications.

Warning: Replacing original truck seat may limit headroom.
All Shipments received should be inspected immediately upon receipt
and any deficiencies should be reported within 10 days. Receipt
of damaged goods should be reported to the freight carrier and handled
accordingly.
Warranty Policy
Harris warrants its products to be free of defects. In the event
of defects or product failure it is most important that Harris Cabs
be notified immediately. Customer must obtain a Harris Cabs RGA
(Return Goods Authorization) Number from our warranty department
before a warranty claim can be established. An issued RGA number
is valid for 30 days.
Labor or material costs for analysis of defective conditions and
removal or installation of the part or complete product is not covered
by warranty.
Liabilities for return freight to Harris and customs clearance/brokerage
fees to Canada, as well as re-installation costs of replacement
or repaired parts are not covered by warranty.
The warranty does not extend to any failure to operate resulting
from any accident, misapplication, abuse, damage or misuse. Under
no circumstances will a disassembled unit be accepted for warranty
repair.
The selling dealer has no authority to make any representation
or promise on behalf of Harris cabs or to modify the terms or conditions
of our warranty policy in any way.
Accessories Warranty
Accessories (wipers, heaters, fans, etc.) are subject to warranty
by their respective manufacturers. All parts claimed under warranty
are subject to inspection by the product's manufacturer.
We will repair, any part of such a product, provided it is received
at our plant, within 30 days after such failure and issuance of
the RGA number, and providing examination by our supplier discloses
to their satisfaction that the failure resulted from defective
material
or workmanship.
An item returned to Harris Cabs that is found not to be defective
and operates properly will be returned to the customer, freight
collect.
Repaired parts will be returned freight prepaid by standard ground
service.
Any returns must have an RGA number for our Receiving Department
to accept shipment.
Harris Fabricated Products Warranty
The workmanship and material used in our fabricated products are
guaranteed for 90 days, from date of sale, when used for the purpose
of which it was designed. Harris Cabs will replace free of charge
any parts to be found defective or provide necessary parts free
of charge to correct a manufacturing defect once our Engineering
Department has identified the problem.
No repair work on our products can be done without our approval.
Prior notification is required and an RGA number is needed for any
warranty claim to be honored. |
